The Grange Insurance Audubon Center has many events and special programs that happen throughout the year, learn more about these programs and what events are happening soon below.

BEGINNER BIRD WALKS WINTER SEASON (SPRING SEASON MARCH 22-MAY31)

Join us Saturday, Dec 7 for Breakfast and a Bird Walk to kick off the Winter Season! Bird walks will continue every other week through February 15, 2025. Register HERE

PROJECT FEEDERWATCH
CONTINUES THROUGH APRIL 30

Join us at the Grange Insurance Audubon Center to participate in this community science project! Please select the date and time that you would like to count feeder birds at Grange Insurance Audubon Center. Each slot is for one hour of counting time at our south feeder. Participation is totally free; you simply need to reserve a ticket to claim the timeslot. SIGN UP HERE.

WINTER SOWING WORKSHOP WITH JARED GOODYKOONTZ
SATURDAY FEB. 1, 11:30A-1:30P

Spend the afternoon with Jared the Nature Guy.  BRING YOUR OWN CLEAR GALLON MILK JUG to this family-friendly workshop, collect native plant seeds from around the park, and assemble your own mini-greenhouse to grow native flowers!  Sign up HERE

28TH ANNUAL GREAT BACKYARD BIRD COUNT
SATURDAY FEB. 15, 10AM

Watch, learn about, and count all the birds you can on this GBBC hike.  We will then submit this information on eBird to contribute to this great community science activity! Sign up to participate HERE.
