YOU can become a citizen scientist. The Grange Insurance Audubon Center offers many opportunities for you to become involved in important work that's being done!

Come and take a guided hike with our Grange Insurance Audubon Center Educators or Columbus Audubon Volunteers to see what birds you can find in your Scioto Audubon Metro Park each Saturday at 10 am *PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED FOR THIS FREE EVENT ON EVENTBRITE. Of course, you're always welcome to enjoy a self-guided hike in the park during the Scioto Audubon Metro Park open hours, but our guided hikes will give you the basics of birding and help you learn about areas in our park that are great for birdwatching!

The Grange Insurance Audubon Center will enlist citizens in the community to help us work towards our conservation goals. There will be many opportunities to become scientists with the education staff and volunteers at the Center.

Supporting your classroom and homeschool students through the school year with extended learning opportunities for nature and STEM-based concepts.

Offering troop level programs as well as service project opportunities which provide unique hands-on learning activities and combine conservation awareness with outdoor exploration.... all designed to help support children in Girl Scouts or Scouts BSA as they work to accomplish their goals.
