The Grange Insurance Audubon Center offers a variety of nature-themed backpacks for you and your family! Our Adventure Backpacks are generally geared to school-aged children and our Discovery Backpacks are generally geared to you and your little one (preschoolers). Usually, you can stop by the front desk to check one of these backpacks out; however, in promoting keeping everyone safe, please be sure to sign up for a backpack on this Eventbrite registration page. During this time, limited backpacks will be available on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays between the hours of 10:30 am and 2 pm (10:30 - noon only on Saturdays). Families will be able to check out a backpack for an hour and a half at a time. Adults will just need to stop by the front desk, leave an id with our staff person until each bag is returned and then you'll be ready to go for an adventure. Pre-registration is required. Backpack Check Out is free - donations are always welcome. Items in the bag will be sanitized before your arrival and again after the bags are returned. Click here to pre-register for a backpack.
